Subscription Plans and Pricing
Per-WebinarShot Subscription Model
WebinarShot operates on a per-WebinarShot subscription basis. Each WebinarShot you create requires its own monthly subscription.
Pricing Tiers
**Standard Plan**: $4.99/month - Up to 10 videos
- Up to 100 members (viewers)
**Premium Plan**: $9.98/month - Up to 20 videos
- Up to 200 members (viewers)
**Performance Plan**: $19.96/month base (scales infinitely) - Up to 40 videos per tier
- Up to 400 members per tier
- Additional tiers available (2x, 3x, etc.) for $19.96 each
- Example: 800 members = 2x Performance = $39.92/month

Zero Tolerance Policy
WebinarShot has a strict zero tolerance policy for certain types of content. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning, notice, or refund.
Prohibited Content Includes
**Nudity and sexually explicit material**: Any nudity, partial nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material of any kind is strictly forbidden. This applies to all video content, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and member-facing materials.**Illegal content**: Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: pirated or copyright-infringing material, content depicting or facilitating illegal activity, content that violates privacy laws, and content subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.**Child exploitation material**: Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.**Hate speech and incitement**: Content designed to incite violence, promote hatred based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is not permitted.**Harassment and threats**: Content used to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate individuals is prohibited.**Malware and deceptive content**: Content designed to deceive viewers, spread malware, conduct phishing, or facilitate fraud is not allowed.Enforcement
Violations are subject to instant and permanent account banNo refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violationsWebinarShot reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content at its sole discretionIllegal content may be reported to the appropriate authoritiesAccount bans are final and not subject to appeal in cases involving illegal content or nudityReporting Violations

Data Collection and Privacy
WebinarShot collects minimal personal information:
**Email addresses**: Used for account management, member access, and payment notifications**Payment information**: Processed securely through Stripe (we never store card details)**Videos**: Securely uploaded to Bunny.net and you can add or delete videos in your WebinarShot**No other personal data**: We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or any other personal information beyond email and payment detailsMember Access
